The Story Behind the Label - End of Days
As all must know by now, according to Nostradamus and the Aztec/Mayan calendar the world is coming to an end this December. Dec. 21st just may be the last day of our lives. So we have created a lovely blend to celebrate this auspicious occasion with the introduction of our new red table wine, a memorable blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah:
End of Days
We were going to sell futures, but that seemed to miss the point, if there was to be no future. Also, it came to mind that if you purchased the wine via a credit card and you planned the billing cycle around that date, you may not have to pay your bill if the world does end as per Nostradamus’ predictions.
Pairing the wine with a certain food group made me realize that any food will be welcome if you are drinking this wine on the 22nd of December 2012. If you do enjoy this new vintage before the 21st, then I think a lovely steak would pair marvelously with this full bodied red.
If you are planning a Christmas Party around the 22nd, what more could a guest ask for than to be served this fantastic wine. Piety Flats will have limited supplies of this wine available in early April. Approximately 50 cases were produced at $26.00 per bottle.

Tasting Notes
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Syrah and Merlot. An amazing blend the Mayans and Aztecs would be proud of. Nostradamus would be drinking alongside them but not on the 22nd of December 2012. Limited supply but hold one bottle for the 21st or 22nd of Dec., just in case nothing happens.
Pairs very well with steak !
